Simon Joly has always been fascinated by technology. It is little wonder that after completing his Bachelors in Communication at Université de Montréal, he joined the digital media team at Cossette.
After that, he joined Carat in 2011, where he headed Montreal’s Digital media team. In over 10 years in the advertising agency world, Joly has put his skills to good use collaborating with clients such as Abbott Labs, Agropur, Air Canada, Anheuser-Busch InBev, Bell, Chrysler-Jeep-Dodge, Desjardins, General Motors, Industrielle Alliance, Maybelline, Mentos, Subway, and Tourism-Quebec.
Joining Ubisoft Canada in 2016, Joly leads the company’s marketing initiatives in the country. Working avidly at defining the company’s Canadian marketing strategies, he also oversees the work of the Media, Public relations, Experiential marketing and Content creation teams.
Joly is particularly interested in digital media, communication strategy and redefining the collaboration models, between advertisers, media platforms and advertising agencies. With all of his endeavors, he strives to maximize one key element: relevancy.
