Sharon MacLeod is the Global Vice President of Dove Men+Care, she celebrates a new definition of masculinity, one where showing care for yourself and others is the hallmark of a more modern, more rounded, and more authentic masculinity. Recognising that modern men are a key to the success of women and happy families around the world, Sharon is Championing Paternity Leave for Dads everywhere.

Prior to this role, she was the Vice President of Unilever Personal Care North America. MacLeod would be best known to Canadians as the VP of Marketing for Unilever Canada, the Women’s Executive Network chose her as one of Canada's Top 100 Most Powerful Women in 2013 and 2014 and Catalyst Canada Honoured her as well. Her work has received accolades including two Grand Prix awards at Cannes Advertising awards and the title of Brand of the Decade for Dove by Strategy Magazine.
