Sarah Caron has been with Egg Farmers of Canada (EFC) since 2006. She has extensive experience in consumer marketing and corporate communications.
As the Manager of Corporate Programs and Partnerships, Caron focused on EFC’s social responsibility initiatives with the goal of fostering public trust in Canadian farmers and the egg industry. More recently as Director of Marketing and Nutrition, Caron’s responsibilities include developing national advertising campaigns targeting both consumers and foodservice and working with provincial egg boards to ensure strong, consistent messages highlighting the benefits of eggs.
Prior to joining EFC, Caron worked in advertising in Texas with a focus on retail. She has a Bachelor’s of Science from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
